A local Springfield organization gives back to its community.
A club known as The American Business Club of Springfield (AMBUCS) has been a partner of the Illinois State Fair for many years.
During Kids Day at the Illinois State Fair, the organization once again demonstrated their generosity and dedication to our community.
On Saturday, during a special presentation at the Department of Agriculture tent at the Illinois State Fair, AMBUCS presented several specially-engineered tricycles to children with mobility challenges.
AmTrykes are tricycles that are made specially to accommodate children with mobility challenges.
These tricycles allow children the ability to live a life without limits by giving them the freedom to ride and play with their friends and peers.
AmTryke costs range between $400-$1,500+.
The American Business Association of Springfield is a non-profit service organization dedicated to making the world an accessible place for those with disabilities.
