A stabbing overnight leaves a woman injured on Peoria’s south side.
Police say the woman was stabbed in the eye in the 900 block of S. Shelley Street just before 11 p.m. Tuesday.
The incident is being investigated as a possible domestic situation, but police do not have any suspects at this time.
The woman’s injury was described as non-life threatening.
