Bradley is once again the top-ranked school in Illinois and 8th in the nation among private institutions for student engagement. The high marks are from the fourth annual Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education 2020 College Rankings.
“Bradley prides itself on experiential learning and student engagement,” said Provost Walter Zakahi. “Our students are involved in internships and co-op experiences, service-learning initiatives, capstone projects and many other curricular and co-curricular learning opportunities. We also provide them with opportunities that emphasize real-world learning in ways that go beyond a textbook or a classroom.”
Based on 15 factors in four main categories (outcomes, engagement, resources and environment), the WSJ/THE surveyed over 174,000 current U.S. students. Using additional data from government and other sources, the survey’s focus is to determine how well colleges prepare students for life after graduation.
