SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — As September 11th remembrances took place Wednesday across the country, that was also the case in Illinois.
Governor J.B. Pritzker put out a proclamation announcing Wednesday as Patriot Day across the state, requiring flags at governmental agencies to be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset.
