CREVE COEUR, Ill. — Six children were injured after small carts that were part of a hayride tipped over. The accident occurred Sunday afternoon during a Halloween event at Creve Coeur Christian Church.
One child was taken to the hospital with a laceration to the head.
Assistant Fire Chief Roger Ristow said crews, who were already at the church for the event, responded around 3:45 p.m. to the accident.
