PEORIA, Ill. — A downtown Peoria bank was robbed Friday.
Peoria police report a black male walked into the CEFCU branch at 221 Fulton, handed a teller a note and fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as younger than 30 years old, 6’4″, around 190-200 pounds with long hair dreads.
He was wearing a black coat with a small gold logo on the front, a black beanie-type hat, black pants, a grey backpack and white shoes.
