PEORIA, Ill. — Two local Gordmans stores are closing.
A spokesperson for Gordmans says the Peoria location at the Shoppes at Grand Prairie and the East Peoria location in the Levee District are going out of business.
Though a specific date for closure was not given, liquidation sales will begin Friday.
Gordmans entered Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2017. At that time, it was announced some stores would close, but the Peoria and East Peoria locations were spared.
