PEORIA, Ill. — Peoria Police were continuing to investigate a Saturday shooting that took place in the city’s East Bluff.
Officers responded just after 4 P.M. to a local hospital regarding a call about a person who was shot in the leg inside a home in the 900 block of E. McClure.
The victim was taken to the hospital via private vehicle.
Public Information Officer Amy Dotson said the victim’s injuries were non-life-threatening.
No suspects as of Monday morning were named.
