PEORIA Ill. — As more cases of the coronavirus are on the rise, public transit agencies across the country continue to ramp up their contagious virus response plans.
According to CityLink’s Facebook page: “CityLink is taking extra measures during the COVID-19/Coronavirus disease outbreak & is sanitizing all buses & the Transit Center facility on a daily basis.”
As of Thursday, Emily Watson with CityLink said it is business as usual along the routes for drivers and riders, yet precautions are being applied.
“We continue to expand the work on cleaning our buses and facility everyday to keep our customers and employees safe,” said Watson.
CityLink will provide updates on any changes in service.
