PEORIA, Ill. — A local medical college will cease classroom instruction due to concerns with the spread of COVID-19.
Beginning midnight Sunday, March 15, Methodist College will close all face to face classroom instruction.
All classes will make the transition to online instruction effective Monday, March 16, until further notice.
According to a media release, Methodist College has ensured students that they will be able to complete all coursework this semester, as arrangements are being made in all coursework for clinical, externship and internship experiences.
General college operations will continue as faculty, staff and student workers are to report to work as under regular conditions.
