ICC women to play for 7th place title in NJCAA tourney Saturday after victory Friday

PORT HURON, Mich. – The Illinois Central College women’s basketball team continues to roll on after a rocky start in the NJCAA Tournament.

The Cougars Friday defeated number nine Niagra County 88-58 in the 7th place semifinal game.

The Cougars were led by five players, all in double figures.

ICC plays the 7th place final game Saturday versus Oakland, with tipoff at 11 a.m.
