  expected, especially within scattered showers.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Illinois.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds in conjunction with rain or
  snow showers could result in sharp, periodic reductions in
  visibility.
