PEKIN, Ill. – One of the teenagers charged in connection with the death of a Mackinaw woman now faces additional charges.
Tazewell County Circuit Court records indicate Andre Street, 17, faces counts of Conspiracy to Commit Murder, along with eight other felony Murder and other related counts.
Rebecca and Douglas Bolin were found with gunshot wounds in rural Mackinaw last October. Rebecca died, while Douglas survived. Some of the amended charges allege Street “personally discharged” the gun used in the crime.
A judge Thursday granted a continuance in Street’s case, so he’s now due back in court August 11th.
At least one of three other teens charged in the case will be in court about two weeks after that.
