PEORIA, Ill. – A Chillicothe man did something suspects rarely do at an arraignment hearing: plead guilty.

Massengill threw a molotov cocktail into the facility, causing as much as $1 million in damage.
He initially denied involvement, but later said the fact a former girlfriend had an abortion upset him.
Massengill is scheduled to be sentenced July 6, and could face as much as 20 years in prison.
