PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria Police say a postal worker was robbed at gunpoint Monday.
Police say it happened near Ayres and Western Avenues around 12:30 p.m.
The postal worker told investigators two juveniles wearing masks, one of whom was pointing a handgun, stole the worker’s mailbox keys.
The two ran eastbound and fled, and have not yet been found.
25 News reports an investigation continues, and no one was hurt.
