PEORIA, Ill. – Police had to break up multiple fights Wednesday night at the Heart of Illinois Fair.
Peoria Police says the first fight was reported as a large fight involving juveniles at around 8:45 P.M. Officers quickly broke the fight up and threw out several of the juveniles.
The group then reformed a short time later and started a second fight on the south end of the fair.
Several pepper balls were used to break up the crowd.
Four of the juveniles were arrested for Mob Action, Battery, and Disorderly Conduct, then released to their parents.
