EL PASO, Ill. – Police in El Paso arrested a man over the weekend for allegedly trying to meet up with two teenagers.
Orville Foutch was taken into custody just after 6 p.m. Saturday after arranging to meet two girls– 15 and 16 years old – at El Paso’s Super 8 Motel.
Police say Foutch took the train from St. Louis to Bloomington, then got an Uber to the Super 8, where he was met by officers and Woodford County Sheriff’s deputies.
Foutch was arrested as he got out of the vehicle and taken to jail.

Foutch was arrested for indecent solicitation of a minor, traveling to meet a minor, sexual exploitation of a minor, grooming of a minor, distribution of harmful materials to a minor and child pornography.
Police say that there were never any minors involved in the operation, nor were any ever in any danger.
