PEORIA, Ill. – A home was damaged in Peoria after a vehicle crashed into it Tuesday morning.
A Peoria Police spokeswoman says the crash occurred just after 7:30 A.M. in the 800-block of W. Mac Queen.
She says the vehicle was reportedly going too fast and lost control before crashing into the house, with the driver fleeing the scene.
No one was home at the time of the crash, and damage estimates are not known at this time.
The crash is under investigation.
