EL PASO, Ill. – A Pekin man is jailed in Woodford County on charges accusing him of trying to meet a teenager for sex.
Police in El Paso say Dustin Armbrust, 41, is facing charges of Indecent Solicitation of a Minor, Solicitation to Meet a Minor, Grooming of a Minor, and Traveling to Meet a Minor.
Police say Armbrust had made arrangements to meet Sunday with a 15-year-old girl at an El Paso business, driving there from Pekin.
He was instead met by Woodford County Sheriffs deputies and an El Paso police officer.
Police say there never was an actual minor involved, present, or in danger.
