PEORIA, Ill. – Sounds of gunfire rattled a neighborhood in Peoria’s North Valley early Wednesday night.
Police Spokesperson Semone Roth says that officers responded to the area of Vine Street and NE Rock Island Avenue around 7:15 p.m., after a ShotSpotter alert indicated 25 rounds were fired.
Roth says there were no injuries, and no suspect information is available.
