PEORIA, Ill. – Two people were shot in South Peoria early Monday morning.
Peoria Police say the two were hit around 1:00 a.m. on Southwest Jefferson near Leland Street, but both were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A total of fifteen rounds were fired.
No word on suspects or the status of the investigation.
