PEORIA, Ill. – Automaker Rivian is subject to another lawsuit accusing it of sexual harassment at its Normal plant.
The suit was filed in federal court in Peoria by an employee WMBD Radio News will not identify October 23rd. The former employee in question claims that a disagreement between her and another employee resulted in the other employee sharing an explicit video of her to co-workers.
She also claims when she returned from a short-term disability leave following being threatened with a gun, she was fired.
The lawsuit seeks myriad damages, including back and front pay, and benefits.
Rivian says it doesn’t comment on pending litigation.
