PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man is now officially wanted for a shooting at a West Peoria bar earlier this month.
A Peoria County grand jury Tuesday indicted Kevin Foster, 36, on charges of Aggravated Battery, and Possession of a Weapon by a Felon.
Sheriffs Deputies were called to KG’s Bar on Farmington Road in the early morning hours of January 7th.
Sheriff Chris Watkins says one man suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital before deputies arrived.
Foster remains wanted, so there’s no word when he will actually appear in court on the charges.
