PEORIA, Ill. – Aaron Rossi pleads guilty.
Federal court records indicate Rossi pleaded guilty Tuesday morning to one count of mail fraud and one count of tax fraud.
He had faced a total of ten felony counts in the case.
The charges stem from time prior to his founding and being the CEO of Reditus Labs in Pekin – for which he’s being sued in Tazewell County.
Rossi reportedly did not provide his accountant with all the information to fill out his taxes.
Sentencing is scheduled for June 5. He could face up to 23 years in prison, according to 25 News.
