An arrest warrant was issued for Williams in late-January, and he fled the area after the January 4 shooting on East Thrush Street.
The shooting claimed the life of Arlin Bermudez, 34.
The first suspect – David Stone, 39, – was arrested not long after the shooting and is jailed on murder charges. He is scheduled for a trial as soon as March 11.
