PEORIA, Ill. – Three juveniles are in custody after Peoria Police arrested them for an alleged robbery Monday, and pinned two of them to charges in other cases.
Peoria Police say it started around noon, when an employee of a business at Sterling and Forest Hill claimed three male juveniles stole some items and fled.
They were found not long after, and not far away on Woodbine Terrace.
Arrested were:
- 14-year-old: Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm and Armed Robbery in one case; and Mob Action, Aggravated Battery, and Aggravated Assault with a Firearm in another.
- 16-year-old: Retail Theft in this case
- 14-year-old: Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Resisting Police in this case; and Mob Action Aggravated Battery, and Aggravated Assault with a Firearm in another case.
All three remain in juvenile custody, according to police.
