EL PASO, Ill. – A Delavan man was arrested this past weekend in Woodford County on alleged child sex crime charges.
James Blagg, 36, was arrested by El Paso Police on Saturday after an investigation.
Blagg is alleged to have been in communication with a minor, and made arrangements to meet with them for sexual purposes.
He reportedly then made his way to El Paso, where he was arrested in an establishment.
Blagg is charged with Indecent solicitation of a child, solicitation to meet a child, traveling to meet a child, grooming, and sexual exploitation of a child.
