PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria Police are investigating a stabbing from early Friday morning.
Officers responded to Bourland and Armstrong just after 12:45 A.M., finding an adult female with a non-life-threatening stab wound to the arm.
She had told police she was attempting to break up a fight between two males when she was stabbed, with both males leaving the scene before police arrived.
Police say the victim received treatment at the scene, but refused to be taken to a local hospital.
There are currently no suspects.
