GREEN VALLEY, Ill. – One man is dead following a two-vehicle crash near Green Valley.
The accident occurred around 11:15 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Towerline Road and Toboggan Avenue.
The Tazewell County Coroner’s office says the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is being withheld pending notification of his family.
More information is expected to be released following an autopsy scheduled Monday morning.
The incident remains under investigation by Illinois State Police, the Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office and the Tazewell County Coroner’s Office.
