The first comprehensive plan open house this year was back in May.
East Peoria Director of Planning and Community Development, Ty Livingston, on the importance of the event.
“Do you like what you see? Do you want to see changes? It is asking for that kind of feedback, there is some others down here that show, here’s what the four-corners area could look like. What is it that you want to see — do you like this design or would you like to see something different,” Ty Livingston said.
Livingston says the plan should be complete by early next year.
