PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man has been indicted for the second week in a row on murder charges.
A Peoria County grand jury indicted 43-year-old Stevie Linwood on two counts of First Degree Murder for the death of 20-year-old Jakaiden Rynearson.
Linwood was indicted last week on two counts of First Degree Murder in the death of his girlfriend, 35-year-old Zaneta Winters.
Linwood is accused in the shooting deaths of both Winters and Rynearson on the evening of August 11th.
He allegedly shot Winters at her home, then Rynearson when she came to aid Winters.
Winters was declared brain dead the next day, while Rynearson died October 29th.
Linwood is due in court for an arraignment hearing Wednesday morning.
