PEORIA Ill. – Three juveniles were arrested early Wednesday morning in Peoria, for allegedly robbing a vape shop.
According to Peoria Police, at around 3:15am, officers were called to the “Royal Vapes” store in the 3000 block of North University on reports of an active robbery.
As officers conducted their investigation, they observed three male juveniles matching the description of the suspects fleeing on foot.
After a brief foot chase officers apprehended all three males ages 15, 16, and 17.
The juveniles were transported to the Peoria Police Department for interviewing purposes.
The 15 and 17-year-old males were subsequently arrested for Burglary.
The 16-year-old male was arrested for Burglary and Resisting Police.
All three males were transported to the Juvenile Detention Center.
