BEIJING (Reuters) – China’s housing minister on Sunday said the country’s property sector has shown positive change with market confidence improving.
The housing market in January-February maintained a positive trend of stopping declines and returning to stabilisation, Ni Hong said.
He also said the government will promote the purchase of existing housing and expand urban village renovation.
