PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria Christian and Peoria Manual High Schools are headed to the IHSA Boys Basketball State Finals, after wins Monday night.
Peoria Christian rallied past Greenfield 66-49, to win the IHSA 1A title at the Jacksonville Super-Sectional.
Peoria Manual outscored Williamsville 52-29 in Class 2A play at the Springfield Super-Sectional.
Peoria High School lost their IHSA 3A Super-Sectional game to Chicago Brother Rice 60-41, ending their season.
The State Finals get underway Thursday at State Farm Center in Champaign.
Peoria Christian will play Lanark Eastland Thursday at 11:15 a.m., then Peoria Manual will play Chicago Dyett at 3:45 p.m.
