PEORIA, Ill. – One person has been arrested after a two-vehicle crash Friday in Peoria.
Peoria Police say 39-year-old Theron Seiber was arrested for Possession of Cannabis.
Police say Seiber was the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the crash at Knoxville and Forrest Hill, which shut down a portion of Knoxville for a few hours.
The driver of the other vehicle suffered life-threatening injuries.
Seiber reportedly returned to the scene a short time after the crash.
Police allegedly found several bags of cannabis during the path Seiber used to flee the scene.
Seiber was taken to the Peoria County Jail.
