One person is dead after a multi-vehicle crash Saturday night in Peoria.
Illinois State Police say the crash occurred in the area of University and Hudson just after 9:30 P.M.
Police say a juvenile without a driver’s license reportedly failed to yield to a stop sign at an intersection, and struck a motorcycle.
The motorcycle rider fell off, then was struck by another vehicle traveling shortly behind the motorcycle.
Police say the motorcycle rider succumbed to life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.

PEORIA, Ill. – One person is dead after a multi-vehicle crash Saturday night in Peoria.
Peoria Police say the crash occurred in the area of Forrest Hill and University just before 9:30 P.M.
Police say three vehicles, including one motorcycle, were involved in the crash.
Illinois State Police is handling the crash investigation.
A Peoria Police spokeswoman says that’s due to ISP troopers being in the area at the time of the crash, as well as a busy call volume for Peoria Police.
