PEORIA, Ill. โ Three teenagers charged in connection with two separate murders in Peoria were indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday.
The Peoria County grand jury indicted both Dayquan Diggs and Harrington Wadlington, both 17-years-old, on two counts of First Degree Murder, and one count of Burglary.
Both are charged in the death of 22-year-old Clay Megan at the Wood Sage Apartments in the early morning hours of November 4th.
Megan suffered a gunshot wound to the neck after reports of four males were reportedly breaking into vehicles and gunshots fired.
Diggs and Wadlington are both due back in court for arraignment on April 10th.
The grand jury also indicted Tykvier Drummond on one count of First Degree Murder in the death of his father, 34-year-old Michael Drummond.
The shooting occurred the evening of March 3rd in the area of Howett and Griswold.
Drummond was found lying face down with multiple gunshot wounds, and was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
Tykvier was arrested the next day.
He is due back in court for an arraignment hearing on Tuesday.
