Neighborhood House finds missing van, but needs new one

PEORIA, Ill. – The mystery of a missing vehicle for a Peoria non-profit has been solved, but its problems remain.

Neighborhood House says a youth vehicle that was stolen from its van yard was found, shortly after it was reported missing earlier this month.

But the organization says it was found with damage that was beyond repair, and now has a choice to make.

Neighborhood House says it will need to raise either $60,000 to replace the van, or cut youth programming.

The organization is accepting donations to raise its goal.
