Rossi also pleaded guilty to three counts of knowingly possessing prohibited objects in the Peoria County Jail.
He was alleged to have a vape pen and a battery lighter that was allegedly given to him by a correctional officer.
Rossi is facing up to 15.5 years in prison in that plea deal, as well as a fine of up to $505,000 and up to 100 hours of community service with a supervised release.
