PEORIA, Ill. – Firefighters responded to reports of a vehicle roller Thursday night in the area of N. Flora and W. Archer Avenues in Peoria.
Fire Battalion Chief Steve Rada says crews arrived around 9:30 p.m., finding a person stuck inside the vehicle that was on its side.
Firefighters gained access to the person inside the vehicle through the sunroof, getting them out safely.
The occupant of the vehicle was alert and talking before they were taken to a hospital with unknown injuries.
Peoria Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
