PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria Police are investigating a shooting along the Peoria Riverfront Tuesday afternoon that left the victim in critical condition.
Police say the shooting occurred just after 3:15 P.M. in the area of Main and Water Streets.
That’s where police responded to reports of a female shot. The victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Police say all persons believed to be involved with this shooting are in custody, and police are not looking for any other persons at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.
