KEWANEE, Ill – The Illinois State police say the discovery of a body in Henry County is being investigated as a homicide.
The body of Catrelle Reed, 39, was found May 30 near the intersection of Route 81 and East 2350th street west of Kewanee, eight days after he was reported missing.
State Police say an autopsy conducted June 2 revealed Reed’s death was the result of a homicide. But, no specific information into the cause of death or if there are any suspects have been released.
