PEORIA, Ill. – The second of two suspects in connection with the death of a Peoria tow employee is in custody.
Peoria police say Terrance Shaw, 18, was arrested around 5:24 p.m. Saturday without incident at the Peoria Police Department.
Shaw was transported to the Peoria County Jail on charges of first degree murder, business burglary and motor vehicle theft.
The second suspect, Jaylin Polnitz, 16, was taken into custody at the Peoria Police Department Friday. Polnitz is being charged as an adult.
