PEORIA, Ill. – One person was injured during a fight at a gas station parking lot in Peoria’s West Bluff.
A Peoria Police spokesperson said a single gunshot was fired during the disturbance at Main and Sheridan about 2 p.m. Saturday, but no one was hit by the gunfire.
Police said one man suffered a laceration to the head from the fight. He went to a hospital to be treated for a non-life-threatening injury.
25 News reported a heavy police presence at the scene, with officers putting up crime scene tape at the gas station.
Police have not said if they have made any arrests.
