PEORIA, Ill. – Peoria firefighters responded to a two-vehicle crash Sunday evening that sent three people to the hospital.
Around 6:25 p.m., crews were called to the area of W. Northmoor and N. University after a car and a van collided at the intersection.
Fire Battalion Chief Mike Ralston says two people in the car were injured, one of them had to be rescued with the “jaws of life”. An occupant of the van was also injured. None of their injuries were life-threatening.
