WASHINGTON, Ill. – It was a “Lucky Day” for someone in Washington on Tuesday.
The Illinois Lottery says a Lucky Day Lotto ticket purchased at the Casey’s on Walnut Street for the evening draw matched all five numbers to win the jackpot of $850,000.
The winning numbers were 1, 5, 7, 14, and 24.
The Illinois Lottery says winners have one year from the draw date to claim their winnings.
The Casey’s that sold the ticket will receive a 1% bonus of $8,500.
