EAST PEORIA, Ill. – Two people have been arrested by East Peoria Police on child pornography charges.
Police say an investigation was opened on 20-year-old Gage Fandel after a tip was received that he allegedly distributed child pornography files online.
Fandel was interviewed and arrested February 11th.
Police say they developed cause to then interview 28-year-old Kristina Modglin, who was reportedly in a relationship with Fandel.
Modglin was interviewed by police, then a warrant was issued for her arrest. Modglin was arrested on Wednesday by East Peoria Police.
Police say both are charged with Possession of Child Pornography and Distribution of Child Pornography, with both in custody at the Tazewell County Justice Center.
