TAZEWELL COUNTY, Ill. – A Marquette Heights man has been arrested on alleged child exploitation charges.
The Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office says 35-year-old Wesley Ratliff was arrested on Thursday after an investigation.
The sheriff’s office did not provide details. But Ratliff is facing felony charges related to the possession of dissemination of child sexual abuse material. The sheriff’s office adds he is also facing solicitation and exploitation of a minor charges.
Ratliff was taken to the Tazewell County Jail.
The investigation was conducted by the sheriff’s office and the Illinois Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
