PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria County judge sentenced a man Friday after being caught in an online sting operation to catch sexual predators.
The Peoria County State’s Attorney’s Office says 39-year-old Dominic Figurski pleaded guilty to Indecent Solicitation of a Child in December.
In late-January 2024, Figurski communicated with a Chillicothe police officer posing as an underage female on the social media app KIK.
Figurski sent explicit messages and videos to the officer, and requested to meet in person.
