PEORIA, Ill. – A man was listed in stable condition after reportedly being shot early Wednesday morning in South Peoria.
Peoria Police officers responded after 22 shots were fired in the area of Steubenville and Aiken just after 1:30 A.M.
Officers found a 34-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound and rendered aid before emergency crews arrived and took him to a local hospital.
Police have no suspects at this time, and the shooting is under investigation.
